No one seems to know how to use the United Healthcare rewards card. I explained to the cashier that last week I purchased groceries in the same Albertsons store two times and didn't experience any problems.
They called the general manager out, and he indicated that he never knew this type of rewards card. Also, he is very impatient and rude. He kept saying he didn't have time for me. This was a very bad experience with this General Manager in Albertsons (1268 Madera Rd, Simi Valley, CA 93065) market.
His name is Fernando, but I don't know his last name. Apparently he is very discriminating Asian and said a few things are not acceptable. However, on my way out after paying the cashier with my B of A Visa card, another store worker named Nigel Morgan at the self-checkout is insisting on helping me and patiently to figure out how to use the United Healthcare rewards card in the Albertsons grocery store. He later figured out how to use the rewards card.
I commended him for the effort and patience to help the customer. Albertsons needs these types of employees to service their customers.
The snobby general manager needs to be reprimanded for his bad behavior and attitude. Certainly he doesn't know what is going on within the store and how to deal with the new rewards card system.

Online issues...I can not walk, I am not able to cash in my gift cards . Your online ordering the gift card. There for I'm goigng to lose the $75 gift cards.
Complaint with store director
This is in regards to store # 0758
I have witnessed on several occasions the new store director Tamera Gibson behave unprofessionally towards her employees.
Today I witnessed the worst behavior to date from her. At approximately 7:50 AM Pacific standard time, The bathrooms were flooding with sewer water and it was approximately 5-10 feet in diameter and growing by the second.
and Almost reaching the Starbucks and registers. The employee who saw it immediately stopped bagging groceries and jumped on safety protocol (blocking the area off with carts and placing wet floor signs) and started to place the white absorbent powder down to contain the hazardous water . The employee started to pour the white powder down, got a little bit down on the floor, and Tamara came running yelling at him, telling him he was doing it wrong, he wasnt following the correct protocol . Instead of helping him, she continued to belittle him and yell and then left without following up or helping.
She told him that she just paid $6000 to have all of the floors waxed and he was ruining her floor. Another manger , Greg (ASD) was then left to clean it up. I have been shopping at this grocery store for the past 45 years and have never experienced seeing something of this kind of behavior from a person of management caliber.
I along with other patrons have witnessed , this poor behavior from Tamara against this particular employee. She appears to be homophobic towards him and very mean and disrespectful ever since she has taken over as store Director a few months ago.
She is this way to other employees as well and customers are noticing and will not be quiet about it anymore. Others have said that this has been reported.
Todays interaction was all recorded by many as Im sure you will see it if reviewed on in store surveillance.
This needs to be addressed as it is unacceptable behavior.
Work should be a safe environment. I along with others Who witness her constant harassment of her employees, are disgusted by it, and will not stand for it any more.

Private retirement benefit information
Albertsons immediately took action and investigated the charges. Within days after being notified that they cleared me of responsibility, I received full refund. Great Customer Service
I shop at Safeway in Washington State. I entered a 30 trial FreshPass for grocery delivery and during the trial period I opted out before the trial period ended.
My loyalty account is tied to my email address rosebudj30@***.com and my phone number (772-359-****). I have established with the customer support help line that I do not have FreshPass on my account and if I order delivery, I pay the delivery fee. But, in the months of September and October, 2023, Albertsons has charged $12.99 each month to my checking account.
I have established with FreshPass Customer Service that I do not have another email account or another phone number but thats where everything bogs down.
Ive been told that unless I can provide more information they cannot find why I am being billed and they cannot refund or stop the charges to my bank account.
it is clear to me there must be a way to resolve this problem. My talking to FreshPass customer service, to a different person each time, isnt working and my problem apparently goes beyond normal.
Drug usuage accusations
I have medical issues which cause my feet pain and numbness, had a brain hematoma and dentures, all of which the director sent me home (losing 7 hours of pay), because he felt I was high or drunk! I supplied all doctor notes and medical issues to him today! He told me...
They sent me home, and thus losing income! Just a note about my physical impairments which I told them! I have neuropathy which my feet become numb (causing imbalance at times) and they said I was staggering, as IF drunk or on drugs! I have false teeth, which make me sometime slur and pronounced words come out strangely!
They took this as slit speech! Being tired due to personal issues-I still performed my duties! They sent me home on a 6 hour shift while I was only 2 hours into it! This is the 2nd time!
I suffer from PTSD, from a personal matter, and it was explained to them! Please NOTE: I do not do drugs or alcohol!! I think I should be at the very least compensated for my missing hours and this sort of behavior need reprimanded immediately! The store is in roxborough and the director/manager is Steve!
This is totally unfair and very humiliating in front of my co-employees!! I have no problem proving all the above per my doctors and I am prepared to bring suit if this conduct doesnt go away fast!
Please help me resolve this issue as its financially and emotionally very distraught towards me!! I do not want to peruse any legal grounds!
